Life is like riding a bicycle. You have to be in motion to keep your balance. There is a lot of truth in this quote from Albert Einstein. Therefore, a management or a team must constantly keep moving, observe, adjust and take new initiatives.
There may be a need to focus on internal collaboration and internal dynamics. Are we utilizing the capacity and differences well enough? Does everyone thrive and is everyone happy with their function and options?
There may also be a situation that requires something special. There may be new requirements or strategies that need to be handled and implemented. How do we go about such a task? What is the procedure? What are the roles? What is the goal - in the short and long term?
It may also be that a team or a management generally wants to strengthen cooperation and work both with mutual relations and with the task and the future. There may be important conversations that can contribute to making the right decisions in a timely manner.
A good team is not born just by being put together. It requires systematic work, considerations and joint processes.
