A seminar must move the group

When we plan a seminar or a theme day together, we must make it clear in which way it will move the participants. Where are they going to learn something new? Where should they develop new mindsets? Where should they use their experience to reflect together and create new ideas and solutions?

It can be a very specific situation or problem that needs to be worked on and readings developed. It may also be a more general need to mobilize new ideas and thoughts about the area.

 

It can be put together as a combination of internal and external presentations or presentations from me in interaction with processes that bring the participants to the new journey. 

I have many years of experience and education in this field. It will be my focus that a theme day or a conference is not one-way communication, where presenters speak to a more or less passive group. If we will move something, the participants must be active and their experiences used as an asset.

 

I have a wide range of methods and working methods in my toolbox that can contribute to a good themed day/conference.
